Daily Chronicles

Apologies for a 36 hour absence.  We had some house problems, nicely fixed, but it ended up in a power problem which left us without power (and internet) for a good 36 hours.  Yes, of course we have a cool generator, but, you know, it needs a service.  Yikes!

Daily Chronicles presents snippets of the most important news across the world for this and each day as it rolls in. Check back frequently.

The photo is pro-government supporters in Iran.  Iran is under stress from the hegemon, and so is India.

I really do not know if this is overstated and we will wait for this day to go by before we can say.  Supporters of former Brazilian president Bolsonaro are blocking roads in protest – Brazilian army battalions have taken control of the Rio Niteroi bridge in Rio de Janeiro.  These may be some of the players who blocked the main roads for busses on election day .. to try and stop people voting.

At this early stage Lula is busy with the rest of the world and heartfelt congratulations are pouring in.  He even had a first meeting already with the President of Argentina, Alberto Fernández in São Paulo.

Looks like shoddy reporting on the Grain Deal.

EU policy to exclude Russia from various international formats is unrealistic, 34% of the grain exported under grain deal goes to Turkey, 35% to EU countries and ONLY 3-4% to the poorest countries. Is this what we did everything for? – Putin.

Moscow has NOT withdrawn from grain deal, has ONLY suspended participation – Putin.

This in effect means that the Black Sea is closed.

Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Nebenzya:

The Russian Federation cannot allow the unimpeded passage of ships through the Black Sea without inspection.

Kiev’s attack on the Black Sea Fleet puts an end to the humanitarian dimension of the Istanbul agreements.

“The Russian Federation cannot allow the unimpeded passage of ships through the Black Sea without inspection” – Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya

Someone help me out here!  Will we have the US midterms before the G20 summit?

Early results .. it looks like it is Lula!

Just a delightful story.

There are lots of pieces.  People have trust in Elon Musk, which simply confuses me.  Really?  Elon Musk?  Certain voices are back on Twitter though, but I just scrolled through a bunch of Chinese Twitter accounts that disappeared over the past two years, and none of those are back.  So, we shall see how much Ukrainian support Musk can gin up with his methods of supposed ‘free speech’.  All is not what it looks like, and we better write about this.

Pepe says Scott Ritter is back on Twitter but he is still “Suspended”.  It did not last long.  Take a look at Ritter’s Tweet and he is off again.

A clearer look at Musk.  https://www.mintpressnews.com/elon-musk-not-renegade-outsider-cia-pentagon-contractor/280972/

⚡️ (http://t.me/sitrepmaps/5)🏴‍☠️🇺🇦🇷🇺 MoD on Today’s Black Sea Terrorist Attack⚡️

⚠️ Today at 4.20 am, the Kiev regime carried out a terrorist attack against the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships that were on the outer and inner roadsteads of the Sevastopol base.

◽️The attack involved nine unmanned aerial vehicles and seven autonomous maritime drones.

💥The prompt measures taken by the forces of the Black Sea Fleet destroyed all air targets.

💥When repulsing the terrorist attack on the outer roadstead of Sevastopol, four marine unmanned vehicles were annihilated by shipborne weapons and maritime aviation of the Black Sea Fleet, and three more were destroyed on the inner roadstead.

◽️Minor damage was received by the sea minesweeper Ivan Golubets as well as the floating net boom in Yuzhnaya Bay.

◽️It should be emphasised that the ships of the Black Sea Fleet that were subjected to the terrorist attack are involved in ensuring the security of the ‘grain corridor’ as part of an international initiative to export agricultural products from Ukrainian ports.

◻️The preparation of this terrorist act and the training of military personnel of 73rd Marine Special Operations Center were carried out under supervision of British specialists in the city of Ochakov, Nikolayev region in Ukraine.

◽️According to the available information, representatives of this unit from the British Navy were involved in plotting, organising, and implementation of the terrorist attack in the Baltic Sea on 26 September this year to blow up the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines.

Russia suspended the grain deal because of the attacks on Sevastopol Base.

Taking into account the act of terrorism committed by the Kiev regime with the participation of British specialists on 29 October this year against the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civil vessels involved in the security of the grain corridor, Russia suspends its participation in the implementation of the agreements on the export of agricultural products from Ukraine.

I hope now Russian grain will go to poor countries, and not be looted by Europeans.

Russian MoD also said that the UK was involved in the NordStream sabotage, as well as in the planning of the Sevastopol attack.

Live Stream – Haipong and Berletic:

The more I catch up on what happened yesterday and the day before, the more I see unmitigated panic from the West.   It is of course that the trend toward the annihilation of the west on various vectors is now so very well established, that one cannot hide it any longer.

There are hundreds of examples of this.  Here is the transcript from the Russian permanent mission to the UN (https://russiaun.ru/en/news/stakeout_251022) on possible creation of a dirty bomb by Ukraine.

Here is the US still trying to pretend that they are the shining city on the hill and in the meantime Macron and Scholz seem to be sniffing at the reality of being plundered by the rest of the west, and wanting to uhm … what?  Negotiate?  Threaten?  Do something while running in a circle in clear panic.   Would someone not tell you again in terms that you can actually understand that your job is to look after your own country, and your own people!   https://www.politico.eu/article/france-and-germany-find-ground-on-a-common-concern-u-s-protectionism/

In Latin America there are clear signs of another round of bearing gifts to try and make up what the US has lost.  Now they are sending hospital ships and bearing flowers (just a little over the top language here!)  But for Haiti, they send the military.  In the new national defense strategy, Russia and China remain ‘threats’.  Well, in reality that suits me fine.  I am glad you feel threatened.  We can only hope that you come to your senses, but that hope is fast disappearing.  It looks like you have to have a thorough western imitation of a century of humilitation and then, some good teachers in order to join the human race again.  The pandemonium which is of course a strategy, from the west is over the top.  Get Lost!  I am personally getting to the stage that I cannot wish you well.

(OK, ok, enough ranting!)  Tomorrow is a big day in Brazil and we have the joy of jokes.

Tchaikovsky – Slavic March

https://youtu.be/5poSw7tFLB4

The Marche Slav (French pronunciation: [maʁʃ(ə) slav]) in B-flat minor, Op. 31, is an orchestral tone poem by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky published in 1876. It was written to celebrate Russia’s intervention in the Serbian-Ottoman War.

“Freefall”

The crass vote robbing of old Trump
Cancelled holy rites and sermons
Brit “democracy” sunk in dump
Disdainful flogging of Germans

Now sheer blinding western Panic
How will they cheat Fate; who summon?
Can help Mephisto, the bandit?
Else back to Jungle, be common

An interesting aspect of the testing of the Black Sea Flot defenses this morning was they treacherously used the safe channels of the Grain Deal to approach Krim.. and Russia promptly used this betrayal to get out of the now useless Grain Deal. Almost as if expected and gamed, with a big Thank You! The Grain Deal had a term expiring in mid December, making a sea approach on Odessa unlikely until then. Now all bets are off, providing multiple avenues of attack on Odessa, as well as countering potential issues with the suicidal 101st Airborne in Romania.. They really… Read more »

Specialists of the Russian Ministry of Defense, together with representatives of other government departments, conducted an examination of Canadian-made navigation modules installed on marine unmanned vehicles (they were involved in the attack near Sevastopol). Based on the results of restoring the information read from the memory of the navigation receiver, it was found that the launch of marine unmanned vehicles was carried out from the coast near the city of ODESSA. Subsequently, the maritime drones moved along the security zone of the “grain corridor”, after which they changed the route in the direction of the Russian ship base in Sevastopol.… Read more »

This is quintessential AZE behavior. Not merely dastardly behavior, but to corrupt, blaspheme and spit on solemn agreements and pacts. Like “not one inch to the East” given to the fools who dismantled the USSR, and every other treaty before or since.. But at the point this agreement was concluded a few months ago, this coming betrayal was expected and undoubtedly part of algorithms navigating subsequent reactions.. at the time, exposing western perfidy and plans to effect famine against Global South trumped these minor irritations. And the objective was achieved with stronger welding of the Global South to the SMO… Read more »

The Israeli flag on the T shirt seems shredded. Who knows what was going through her mind. Her allegiance is not that very clear.

I defer to Amarynth and Latin Am watchers but I was peripherally aware this is stock-in-trade of her family. All of them behaved as committed Zionists.. Bolsonaro represents militant evangelicals in Brazil… he went many times to Israel, campaigned with its flag, you can do easy online search of these countless images.. even his sons strutted around with these tshirts! As A would say, it is a mess..

On the propaganda shirt, Ersim: Looks, to me, not like anything shredded but, rather, like light gray stripes with the star clearly located behind the stripes. You know, kind of like one is looking at the star thru prison bars — or is that some kind of projected hope on my part?

This morning’s news comments on the Brazil election results, all advertised in absence of Incumbent’s concession speech in a razor thin win [that otherwise would be disputed]: Brandon: “I congratulate Lula da Silva for his victory on Sunday in a free, fair and credible election.” [stated by the man who, on the campaign trail hours before, claimed that US has 54 states] Blinkie: “The United States looks forward to continuing our strong partnership with President-Elect Lula as we build a democratic, prosperous, and equitable hemisphere.” [because we have clearly lost the global south and Zuela, and Columbia, and bunch of… Read more »

BREAKING, BREAKING GREAT NEWS JUST OUT 10/31 The Indian government has restricted the use of glyphosate-based herbicides due to the risks to human and animal health. On Tuesday the Agricultural Ministry stated in a notification that “the use of glyphosate is prohibited and no person, except Pest Control Operators (PCOs), shall use glyphosate.” The government statement added that all agrichemical companies have been asked to return the certificate of registration granted for glyphosate and its derivatives to the registration committee so that the warning in capital letters can be incorporated on labels and leaflets. Permission will only be given for… Read more »
